We are pleased to inform our clients that we are prepared to send ordered commodities to their addresses outside Poland. The average cost of sending a 3 kg package to the client is approximately 15 to 20 euro. Each single sending fee is calculated individualy and, depending upon the client's decision the commodity is delivered either by the Polish Post Office or the deliverer GLS. How to place an order with us? Since a multilingual instruction how to order is not yet available,please follow the below:

• copy the address of the page where the desired product is listed
• pass the address of the page to e-mail: sklep@sherpa.pl ,attaching information about desired size and colour of the garment

You are welcome to check if the garment you are interested in is available at the moment regarding size, colour etc. We are happy to keep full range of commodities at store, however, if your chosen piece of garment is not available temporarily,it is highlighted by an info: "Availability: ask about availability". Click it and you are automatcally directed to a form which helps you to get full info about avaibility. Each commodity we keep in store is accompanied with the following info:

• size,
• clours,
• volume,

Only the sizes and colours which are available at the moment, are shown at display. The ordered commodity is sent to the client as soon as the payment is done and recorded at our banking account. We would like to make it clear that this is the only accepted way to do the payment for your order. How to do the transfer onto our banking account? Once the details of your order are determined, we send an e-mailed confirmation of your order acceptance and the cost of delivery, also, the number of our banking account. As soon as the transfer is confirmed the ordered commodity is delivered to the address of the buyer. Each commodity bought at our store comes with a guarantee of 24 months. The guarantee covers hidden defects of the commodity, if any. Our clients enjoy the right to return the bought commodity within fifteen days from the date it was delivered.
